Retreat Details
Join us for a transformative journey, blending The Work of Byron Katie with Yoga. Each day, you’ll engage in practices designed to renew, relax, and rejuvenate your emotional and spiritual connection to your mind and body, fostering a deeper sense of inner peace and alignment.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness invites us to be fully present in each moment, cultivating awareness and stillness. Through gentle observation of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations, we create space for greater clarity, peace, and connection to ourselves and the world around us
Inquire
This self-inquiry method helps individuals identify and question the thoughts that lead to stress and suffering. Through four simple yet profound questions, it guides you to challenge your beliefs and shift your perspective, leading to a deeper understanding of yourself and your reality. This process fosters inner peace, clarity, and the ability to live with greater freedom and joy.
Yoga
Daily yoga classes will guide us through breathwork, functional anatomy, and body awareness. These sessions are designed to be accessible for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Mornings will feature more active, energizing practices, while evening sessions will focus on relaxation and recovery with restorative poses.
Relax
From the moment you arrive, you’ll receive attentive care. Enjoy simple daily vegetarian meals, and during your free time, you can explore hiking trails, relax in hot tubs, read, nap, or book massage and spa services at Mount Madonna’s Kaya Kalpa Wellness Center.
